Charelle Evelyn has been managing editor of The Hill Times since 2019. Raised in British Columbia, she graduated with a bachelor’s of journalism from Carleton University in 2008. Formerly a reporter with the Prince George Citizen, Evelyn joined Hill Times Publishing in 2016, where her previous roles include reporter and associate editor of The Wire Report, and deputy editor of The Hill Times.
