Lower trade barriers cannot mean lower standards. If we harmonize, aim high or don’t bother.
By failing to improve working conditions, airlines, airports, and government are guaranteeing that the industry cannot meet the needs of passengers.
So far, government and industry have done the bare minimum to look like they are trying to solve the problem while taking very little action.
Canada needs to make serious and deliberate efforts to stabilize the aerospace industry.
