Conservative Party Leader Pierre Poilievre received a commanding 87.4 per cent support yesterday from more than 2,600 delegates at the policy conference in Calgary. The delegates will elect a new national council today.

CALGARY—The more than 2,600 delegates congregating in Calgary for the party’s three day convention will elect the powerful 20-member national council today and the newly elected councillors will elect the party president tomorrow.
