House committee summons ministers, CEOs to testify on $1-billion loan for Chinese-made ships

Two cabinet ministers and two CEOs are being called to testify before a parliamentary committee this summer to field questions about how a Crown corporation approved a $1-billion loan to BC Ferries to purchase four ships made by a Chinese state-owned company.
