Canada should criminalize foreign interference in nominations and political party processes
The political parties should bring nominations under the Canada Elections Act, and allow Elections Canada and the Office of the Commissioner of Elections to monitor nominations across the country because they are vulnerable targets to foreign interference. As well, Canada should criminalize interfering in nominations and any other political party process.
