ArriveCan: MPs summon key public servant for a third time to testify before House Government Operations and Estimates Committee

'He is a piece of the puzzle … Mr. Doan must be held accountable,' said Conservative MP Stephanie Kusie in support of the motion to have Minh Doan return to the committee.
Minh Doan previously told MPs that he made a 'technical policy decision' which led to the awarding of the contract to GC Strategies, but that it was his team who made the decision to hire the firm. 

A parliamentary committee has agreed to summon Canada’s chief technology officer to testify for a third time as part of its probe into the ArriveCan app.
