Senate bill seeking to criminalize forced sterilizations raises concerns over unintended consequences

Ontario ISG Senator Yvonne Boyer, who tabled Bill S-250 in the Senate in June 2022, appeared before the Senate Legal and Constitutional Affairs Committee to kick off its study on the bill on Feb. 29.
