MONTREAL, QUE.—Church bells rang in the frigid early morning air over Old Montreal as Brian Mulroney, son of Baie-Comeau, Que., and Canada’s 18th prime minister, was remembered during a state funeral inside Notre-Dame Basilica on March 23.
