Riding redistributions complete, Liberals start consulting EDAs on divisive issues of resource allocation

Any riding that has been changed by 30 percent or more will have to be reconstituted according to draft rules by the federal Liberal Party.

Following the completion of the redistribution of electoral boundaries, the federal Liberals have started consulting riding associations across the country to come up with final rules on how to allocate financial resources among the rejigged constituencies.
