Re-framing housing issue could offer Liberals a return to ‘sunnier ways,’ says policy expert who spoke at cabinet retreat

A policy expert who spoke at the recent Liberal cabinet retreat in Charlottetown, P.E.I. says when it comes to issues like housing affordability, governments should use a “generational frame,” as opposed to seeing them exclusively as a youth issue.
