Full-time employee numbers in federal public service set to shrink by just over three per cent by 2025-26, according to departmental plans

ESDC and Statistics Canada are projected to see drops of more than 22 per cent each by 2025-26, with the CRA looking at losses as well, according to departmental plans. But full-time employee staffing is projected to increase at Immigration, ISED, and Natural Resources.
