One last chime? Dominion Carillonneur’s plans for pre-renovation send off dampened by protests

The last chance for the Peace Tower carillon to ring out before renovations is Feb. 18, but the bells haven’t rung since Jan. 27, with the Centre Block construction site closed amid ongoing protests.
