Canada-U.S. border opens to fully vaccinated U.S. travellers following brief CBSA strike action, rise in Delta variant

Canada opened its border to fully vaccinated U.S. visitors on Aug. 9 as planned, just days after the government reached a tentative agreement with CBSA workers following a day of strike action.
