Trudeau should make ‘special effort’ to rebuild ties with U.S. after election, says Mulroney
'Without a solid, impressive relationship between the prime minister of Canada and the United States, there is little consequence that Canada can achieve on the world stage,' says former prime minister Brian Mulroney.
Former prime minister Brian Mulroney says the Trudeau government should make a “special effort to re-establish” the “position of priority” Canada once had with the United States, regardless of who wins the presidential election in November.
