Greater national oversight of RCMP officers needed, say experts, politicos, to address structural racism

'People can voluntarily quit any organization, but that’s really not the issue. The issue is how does the organization respond to inappropriate behaviour and misconduct,' says Ian Scott, former director of Ontario’s Special Investigations Unit.
