NDP MP Niki Ashton's riding, which covers four-fifths of Manitoba, has been ground zero for the Canada-wide manhunt for murder suspects Kam McLeod and Bryer Schmegelsky.

The manhunt for two murder suspects who have been missing for several days has gripped the northern Manitoba community with "fear" and "immense stress," according to NDP MP Niki Ashton.
