‘Some won’t rebuild’: MPs say hundreds of their constituents face hard choices in wake of Ottawa River floods

The question of whether or not to rebuild amidst the prospect of worsening floods in the future troubles many residents, particularly those who spent money rebuilding in 2017, only to have their homes destroyed again this spring.
