Federal government responds to Defence Committee Report on Ukraine, Georgia and Moldova

The Defence Committee's report gave 13 recommendations for helping Ukraine, Moldova, and Georgia defend against Russian aggression. The federal government's response supported some, but not all, of the recommendations.

On Dec. 12, 2018, the House Standing Committee on National Defence delivered its report on the evolving geopolitical situation in Eastern Europe, titled “Responding to Russian Aggression Against Ukraine, Moldova and Georgia in the Black Sea Region.”
