Indigenous Services Minister O’Regan needs a new comms team after two recent exits

Former Jane Philpott staffers Andrew MacKendrick, upper left, and Rachel Rappaport, lower left, recently exited Indigenous Services Minister Seamus O'Regan's office. Mr. MacKendrick declined to comment on Ms. Philpott's expulsion from the Liberal caucus and said he was he’s committed to helping ensure 'the Liberal Party can be successful.' Ms. Rappaport said her departure was unrelated to recent events involving Ms. Philpott. She is taking a few weeks off but is expected to return to the Hill.
