Parties boosting internal security in face of foreign interference fears

Communications Security Establishment officials have met with political parties, which are among the most at risk of cyber meddling when Canadians head to the polls next year.
The political parties, headed by Liberal Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, Conservative Leader Andrew Scheer, Green Party Leader Elizabeth May and NDP Leader Jagmeet Singh, say they’re working to improve their internal security ahead of next year’s election.
