Feds move to do full PS staff survey yearly, not every three years

Unions say that's good news, but the government has to avoid ‘playing ostrich’ with the results.
The Treasury Board Secretariat, overseen by President Scott Brison, is changing its method of assessing public-servant morale and switching to conducting full surveys annually instead of every three years.
