What Harper government and Investment Canada should be looking at in China’s $15.1-billion Nexen deal

The real issues in the Nexen decision are not about China. They have to do with the net benefit that Canadians get from their resources, including Canadian ownership and control of a significant segment of our oil sands, capturing much more of the value in Canada from these resources and doing a much better job of finding truly clean methods of oil sands development.
