Canada is well-positioned to responsibly maximize its energy resources. But sitting on the resources will not create jobs. The time has arrived to modernize Canada’s system for large project approvals. With four years ahead of it, the Conservative government has a tremendous opportunity to make one project, one environmental review a reality.
