Conservatives’ online attack ads sabotaged on website
The Conservative ads, hard-hitting pokes at Grit Leader Michael Ignatieff’s time abroad and past statements that could embarrass him, are still on the Conservative Party’s website, but a link to others in the series opens with a YouTube video showing Mr. Harper’s controversial 2003 speech in the House when he backed the U.S.-led invasion of Iraq.
PARLIAMENT HILL—The Conservatives’ new website TV ads attacking Liberal Leader Michael Ignatieff have been sabotaged, with planted links to YouTube videos that satirize Prime Minister Stephen Harper.
