Quebecor works ‘full steam ahead’ on getting new Sun TV licence
Quebecor's Serge Sasseville says it will modify licence application to CRTC to get what it wants.
Quebecor is haggling with the CRTC to get its Sun TV News channel on the air by January, 2011, but experts say getting a licence should be the easy part and the new venture's chances of success rest on persuading carriers to take it on and negotiating a fairly generous subscriber fee.
