Coast Guard in charge if foreign oil spilled in Canadian waters

Yukon Liberal MP Larry Bagnell says he's still concerned Coast Guard wouldn't have capacity to respond to a large oil spill.

The Canadian Coast Guard says it would lead the federal response to a "significant" oil spill "in a comparable coordinated manner," if needed and if it were to drift into Canadian waters from another country.
