Most Canadians have already decided they will not trust the current government with a majority. On Ignatieff, the jury is still out. A fall election would return his verdict.
OTTAWA—Michael Ignatieff should pull the plug on the current government. The so-called Homolka bill would be an appropriate epitaph for a dysfunctional Parliament.
