Premiers leave meeting looking to PM Harper for direction
The winner to emerge from last week's meeting of the so-called Council of the Federation is Prime Minister Stephen Harper. The Moncton Summit has, once again, proved that the Canadian premiers agree on one thing: asking for more money from Ottawa.
