Tories introduces bill for ‘rep by pop,’ House of Commons would see 22 more seats
The Conservative government introduced a bill, the Constitution Act, 2007, in the House last week to see that the faster-growing provinces receive more seats in the next riding adjustment, adding 22 seats to the House.
