Priority or con job?
As the prospect of an election looms, the number of priorities that the Conservative government has continues to grow.
When Stephen Harper formed the government in 2006, he did so with only five stated priorities. Then Mr. Harper saw the polls and discovered the environment as a priority. Shortly after that, he went to Toronto and realized transit was a priority.
