Lobbyist fundraisers under review at Federal Court

Democracy Watch, an ethics-in-government advocacy group, has asked the Federal Court to review the federal lobbying rules to determine whether it is within the Lobbyists Code of Conduct for lobbyists to fundraise for politicians.
