U.K. poised to assume chairmanship of G8 and European Union in 2005
Douglas Alexander, the U.K.'s Minister of State for Trade, Investment, and Foreign Affairs, was in Ottawa last week. He delivered this speech at the Foreign Affairs Building on Dec. 8, titled, 'The U.K. Vision For 2005.'
