July federal court ruling has reversed 20 years of progress in accessing drug company data
In another blow to accountability, a recent Federal Court decision out of Montreal last July (Merck Frosst Canada versus Minister of Health Canada) has reversed 20 years of progress in getting access to drug company information through the Access to Information Act.
