OTTAWA--The Liberal dramatic nomination saga in Perth-Middlesex, Ont., finally came to an end on Feb. 1 when Grit Brian Innes was declared the winner and this after the party decided in a rare move to scrap the outcome of the first nomination race and do it over again.
