Liberal delegates vote against electoral reform, support setting a minimum age for social media accounts

MONTREAL—A policy resolution advocating for the proportional representation electoral system in Canada was narrowly defeated by Liberal delegates at the convention on April 11 in Montreal, with 235 voting in favour and 315 against.
