Conservative push to reinstate Jacques as interim PBO as Carney’s nominee moves through approval process

Conservatives say they are looking at “further action” to pressure the government to reinstate former interim parliamentary budget officer Jason Jacques while the prime minister's new nominee for the job moves through the approval process.
