Fed’s plans for preventative health care task force fall short

Last year, the government paused the Canadian Task Force on Preventive Health Care, and it’s scheduled to restart in April. Early plans for this group suggest subject-matter experts will be a missing voice, writes Jennie Dale.

On this World Cancer Day, Canadians are hoping our government gives them the best chance at surviving this terrible disease. We hope that our government embraces the best science for protecting our health.
