CRA’s problems are not new, but they must become a thing of the past

An improved Canada Revenue Agency is not only good for Canadian taxpayers but good for a government that worried about high spending.

Finance Minister François-Philippe Champagne is promising to fix the CRA's long-established service problems. A more efficient CRA could provide the assistance that Canadians deserve from the agency, and make it easier for the government to collect money.
