Here we find ourselves, subject to the whims of a trading partner who does not understand—or chooses to ignore—the realities of international trade.
U.S. President Donald Trump imposed tariffs on imported Canadian goods on March 4, but had withdrawn some of the levies on March 6.

Here we go again—tariffs threatened, tariffs imposed, some tariffs withdrawn for a month.
