Canadian democracy remains strong, but trust is low in politicians and parties: reports

Trust in Canada’s political and governmental institutions remains relatively high and the country has the healthiest democracy in the Americas, even though politicians and parties face near-lows in public perception, according to three annual surveys released last week.
