Canada’s former prime ministers show the way with unity message
This country’s former leaders nevertheless provided an example to those currently occupying the seats of power—one of unity.
All of Canada’s living former prime ministers—Joe Clark, Kim Campbell, Jean Chrétien, Paul Martin, and Stephen Harper—banded together to release a joint statement in which they shared a “determination to defend Canada’s values and independence.”
