With an election looming, Liberal MPs to return to Ottawa to plot election readiness

The national Liberal caucus is meeting on Thursday and Friday on the Hill, with regional caucus meetings to start on Wednesday, say Liberal MPs.

Amid a leadership election and threats from the three opposition parties to defeat the government, the Liberal caucus is set to return to Ottawa next week to strategize for the expected upcoming federal election and the spring session of Parliament.
