Conservative MPs bailed on France visit early, won’t say why

Three Conservative Members of Parliament abandoned a trip to Strasbourg, France, in late June midway through the planned itinerary, leaving their fellow MPs, and returning to Canada on hastily arranged flights home, say two other members of the delegation.
