Prorogation? Resignation? Liberals vow to push through House impasse as speculation swirls on the Hill

Liberals are pouring cold water on speculation that Parliament will be prorogued. However, such a measure, combined with a prime ministerial resignation may not save them, but it could put 'them back in the game,' says pollster Nik Nanos. He also says if Trudeau steps down, the race to replace him could attract cabinet ministers from Quebec where the Liberals have the best chance of winning seats in the next election.
