Common people theatrics fall flat in House budget debate
We watched two men—one born into political royalty, the other collecting a six-figure MP’s cheque since he was 25 years old, both living in taxpayer-funded manors—extolling the virtues of the common people, desperately trying to present their bona fides against the other.
