Environment lobbying leads in October in advance of feds’ anticipated oil and gas cap

Draft regulations for the Liberal government's long-awaited oil and gas cap are "coming very soon," according to a spokesperson in the Environment Minister's office.
Environment Minister Steven Guilbeault will attend COP28, the 28th United Nations climate change conference, which will be held in Dubai from Nov. 30 to Dec. 12.

The federal government's much-anticipated proposal for a cap on oil and gas emissions contributed to an October that was heavy with environment-related lobbying.
