It is open season on Quebec’s anglophones

MONTREAL—I was in this city on Oct. 30 for a protest march. It was worth the 400-kilometre drive from Kamouraska, Que., to express my displeasure at the Legault government’s plans to double tuition fees for students from outside Quebec.
