O’Toole delivers good final speech, but MPs unlikely to listen to his famous last House words

Party leaders set the tone and it's up to them to lead and to put the country first. It's time for respectful, serious discussions in the House, and that's on both sides of the Commons Chamber, including all the party leaders. Something has got to finally give, and it should be someone who can lead real change in the House Chamber.
