Incoming sponsored travel rules for lobbyists will limit ‘educational opportunity’ for MPs and Senators, say CIJA and Results Canada

Lobbying Commissioner Nancy Bélanger said the new code still lets lobbyists offer sponsored travel to parliamentarians, provided they do not intend to lobby them, as well.
