Feds right to get civil servants to return to hybrid-style workplace

For the sacrifice of a commute two-to-three days a week, public servants can have the best of both worlds: a collaborative and social work environment, and the flexibility offered by days spent working at home. This should be the new normal.

Treasury Board President Mona Fortier changed her tune when she announced last month, on behalf of the government, that federal public servants will be required to return to the hybrid-style workplace two or three days a week by the end of March.
